Strength and Conditioning Training (S&C) offers training for improve physical performance.
In this class, the coaches setup multiple circuits targeting on different muscle groups of entire body.
The class involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.
It is effective for specific goals - getting fit, fine tuning of daily posture and sport performance.
