In this class, the coaches teach you boxing techniques that strengthen, shape and tone your body, increase endurance, and build muscle. 
Combined with cardio and toning exercises, this class is ideal for lady who doesn’t often exercise outside of your regular practice. 
The gym is available exclusively to female members.
