PRIVATE GROUP

In the Private Group Training, you can enjoy boxing with your friends. 
A purpose-built program is well designed for you and companions. It’s not only for fitness but also bonding. 
Team building for corporate is especially benefited. On-site training is welcome to be arranged.

私人小組拳擊課程,藉著度身訂造的訓練,讓你和同伴享受學習西洋拳技巧之餘,增加了解和默契,一同提升自己。
小組課程最適合企業團隊建立,更可為公司到場教授,配合安排。

Chan Chi Cheung Boxing

REGULAR TRAINING

In this class, the coaches teach you boxing techniques from basic to advance.
This fits for all levels.
The class focuses on all indispensable fitness elements of boxing: strength, speed, cardio, flexibility and coordination. 
All these empower your body, increase endurance and build muscle. The boxing workout makes you preform best in Boxing and produces unbelievable results.

西洋拳常規訓練課程。
專業教練團隊,因應學員的程度,為初學者、中級,以至富經驗的拳擊運動員,藉著設計各種針對提升西洋拳技巧,強化體能、改善靈活性及身體協調的訓練,突破自己。

Boxing Class

In this class, the coaches teach you boxing techniques that strengthen, shape and tone your body, increase endurance, and build muscle. 
Combined with cardio and toning exercises, this class is ideal for lady who doesn’t often exercise outside of your regular practice. 
The gym is available exclusively to female members.

女子拳擊訓練班,特別為女士而設,以女性身體特質,安排各項強化機能、塑身健體的西洋拳訓練。
此課程最適合希望改善自己,無論體態及心理質素的女士們。
女學員尊享中心場地所有設施。

LADY'S GROUP

HIIT

High Intensive Interval Training (HIIT) offers alternate short, high intensity intervals with intervals to recover. 
At first, this training is used by athletes to improve performance, but it has been shown to greatly benefits trainees of all levels. 
In this class, the coaches setup multiple circuits alternate between cardio and strength focusing on different muscle groups of entire body. 
It is effective for specific fitness goals - getting fit, weight loss and fine tuning of daily posture.


高強度間竭性訓練,原為運動員提升能力必備的訓練之一。教練團隊採用此訓練,以專業器械和小工具輔助,針對訓練不同肌肉群、改善柔軟度、靈活度及協調,輔助學員修身、強化機能,以及矯正體態。
