High Intensive Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, high intensity intervals with intervals to recover. This type of training is used by athletes to improve performance, but it’s also been shown to greatly benefits trainees of all levels. 

In this class, the coaches setup multiple circuits alternate between cardio and strength. It focuses on different muscle groups on upper body, core, or lower body, which would be effective for specific fitness goals - getting fit, weight loss and fine tuning of daily posture.
