High Intensive Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, high intensity intervals with intervals to recover. This type of training is used by athletes to improve performance, but it’s also been shown to greatly benefit trainee of all levels. 

In this class, the coaches will setup multiple circuits alternate between cardio and strength, focus on different muscle groups on upper body, core, or lower body, which would be effective for specific fitness goals - get fit and support weight loss or fine tune daily posture.
